Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai (night train)

• - Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi at 7.00 pm.
• - Transfer to Hanoi train station.
• - Experience the romantic overnight train travel.

Day 2: Lao Cai station - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van homestay (B, L, D)

• - Arrive at Lao Cai's train station at 6.00 am.
• - Take 1-hour car ride uphill to Sapa, have breakfast in a local restaurant.
• - At 9.00 am walk down to visit Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong in Muong Hoa valley.
• - Trek 3 km down to Lao Chai village of the H’mong, have lunch at a local family
• - Walk 4 km to Ta Van village of the Giay minority and stay overnight in local house.

Day 3: Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa (B, L)

• - Trek 8 km to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao (Giang Ta Chai) and the H’mong (Su Pan)
• - Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge.
• - Return to Sapa by a jeep.

Day 4: Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Lao Cai station (B, L)

• - Visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong.
• - Relax at the foot of the waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station.
• - Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river.
• - Trek to Sin Chai located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain.
• - Return to Sapa town by a jeep.
• - Transfer you back to Lao Cai station, take the overnight train to Hanoi.
• - Arrive in Hanoi at 5.30 am next day.
