Itinerary 4 days 3 nights expreriencing the life in Saigon

Overview

Ho Chi Minh city, also known as Saigon, is Vietnam’s centre of commerce and the country’s biggest city, though not its administrative capital – an honour that rests with Hanoi. As a result of the sweeping economic changes, this effervescent city, perched on the banks of the Saigon River and still known as Saigon to its eight million or so inhabitants, has changed its image from that of a war-torn city to one of a thriving metropolis, challenging Singapore, Bangkok and the other traditional Southeast Asian powerhouses.
Cu Chi is about 40 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City in Southern Vietnam. The Cu Chi Tunnels are an elaborate underground community made up of 250 km of tunnels, chambers below the city. During the war in Vietnam, thousands of people lived in an elaborate system of underground tunnels. Visiting Cu Chi tunnels, travellers can find more about the life of Vietnamese in the war time as well as their heroic spirit.
Leave behind the busy life in big cities, this is an excellent chance for you to discover a new land which is full of misteries and attractions. Visiting the most crowded and famous floating market representing the life in Mekong Delta is one of this tour's highlights. Here you can see the way people earn their own living by a way totally differing from your life.
