Can Cau market is a small, but very colorful market, set in the mountains near the Chinese border. Bac Ha is the biggest market in Sapa opening on Sunday only. These palces are traditional market of the local tribal peoples including Flower H’mong, Black Zao, Phu La and Tay for the festive market activities where peoples in their best traditional costume gather every Saturday and Sunday for shopping and socializing. Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai (night train)

• - Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi at 7.00 pm.
• - Transfer to Hanoi train station.
• - Experience the romantic overnight train travel.

Day 2: Can Cau market on Saturday (B, L)

• - Pick up at Lao Cai train station in early morning to transfer to CanCau market (2 hours drive).
• - Transfer to Bac Ha town.
• - Visit a village of the Flower H'mong on the way.
• - Check in and free to explore the town and have dinner.

Day 3: Bac Ha market on Sunday (B, L)

• - Visit the biggest market of Bac Ha.
• - Enjoy Bac Ha people's foods (with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn) and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... 
• - Talk to the minorities through the guide's interpretation
• - Visit the H'mong King's house (King Hoang A Tuong)
• - Return the town for lunch.
• - Visit Ban Pho village in the afternoon.
• - Get back to Sapa, drop in to see the Vietnamese and Chinese border in Lao Cai.
