Overview
Once dearly called Diamond of the Far-east with the luxury level overriding that of Hongkong or Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City is now the most populated city in Vietnam. The city’s architecture and lifestyle is the reconciliation between American and Chinese influence, with many dots of modernity yet without losing Vietnamese traits and as much historical as it is modern.
Located not so far from Ho Chi Minh city, Cu Chi tunnel is also known as a fascinating travel destination for any one who is really interesting in Vietnam's history. Here many traces of Vietnam or America war are preserved to recall a hard and diffcult war time, in which Vietnamese nation had to overcome every difficulties and challenges to resist its independence.

Itinerary
- Our car will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 8:00 a.m fora ride to Cu Chi district. Leaving the city behind, the scenery changes to views of rice paddies, villagers drying noodles by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam.
- Arrive and start the trip visiting the famous Cu Chi Tunnel which consists of an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters (Viet Cong) during both the French and American wars.
- Visit the Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc sections of the tunnel. Here you can imagine what it was like to be a guerrilla complete with Russian Carbine rifles and AK 47′s on display.
- At noon get back to Ho Chi Minh City.
- After visiting Cu Chi tunnel, you will visit the Reunification Palace - at that time it was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam.
- From that building you could be able to see the front sight and take picture of The Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office and Dong Khoi Street, the Opera House and the Peoples’ Committee Building.
- Enjoy lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant.
- After lunch, you will visit Thien Hau Pagoda - located in Cholon, the city’s Chinatown, this pagoda is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea.
- The last destination in our trip is Ben Thanh market - the oldest and most famous local market in Ho Chi Minh city. You should take your time to go shopping.
- Our car will transfer you back to your hotel. The trip ends.
